International Orders
We current offer shipping to the USA only.
CANCELLATIONS
We honor cancellations on orders that have not been shipped or fulfilled. However, ALL paid orders will incur a 3% charge as transaction fees are no longer refunded by payment gateways or by PayPal. Credit/Debit card payments can take 3-5 business days after we initiate it before you receive your refund.You can move any paid transactions to store credit to avoid the 3% penalty.
Customs Fees / Duties / VAT
You may be responsible for additional customs fees/Duties/VAT when you receive your orders. These fees are controlled by the local authorities in your home country and may vary. We do not accept any requests to change the value of the order. In accordance to our laws, the actual amount paid will be entered onto the shipping label. Order Tracking Services and Shipment Guarantee
We provide Tracking or Reference Numbers to our customers for both USPS and UPS. To check the status, log in to your account and use our Tracking Forms for USPS and FedEx at the left-hand side panel in our website. All orders are guaranteed to arrive, however, the pandemic and during the peak or holiday shopping seasons, it is reasonable to expect delays which may happen due to the delivery companies. If you feel that your order is taking too long to arrive or there are issues with tracking your order, please contact us so we can resolve your concerns at the soonest possible time.
